Surprisingly, biscuit baking is actually serious business. To make sure our biscuits meet customer expectations, we have set up our own R&D unit. Our sweets specialists keep a close eye on market trends and develop new recipes accordingly.
Sweet memories of the origins
It all began with a few varieties of crisp cookies… In 1993, in the town of Lipiny Stare, a company was established which specialized in making sweet pastries. It was named after its founder, Gerard Kolanowski. Within just one year in operation, the company increased its range from five to fifty products.
