Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate (bitter or milk)
  • 1 package dr Gerard Nut Cookies

Directions

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then line a box with baking paper. Pour the chocolate when it becomes liquid but not yet hot into the box, layering in the nut cookies, each of which should be gently pressed down with your fingers until they sink.

Cool the chocolate until it congeals.
